1 Year Limited Warranty

The Shape & Dry hanging garment dryer has been engineered and crafted with great care for your satisfaction. Your Shape & Dry unit is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies to repair or replacement of any part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from commercial use, abuse, misuse, lack of reasonable care, affixing of any unauthorized attachments, loss of parts, or damage from exposure to the sun.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages of any nature, nor does it cover installation expenses or damage resulting from installation.

For service under this warranty, please call 1-888-231-6350 (toll free). You will be instructed to return the defective part(s), postage prepaid, along with your name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief note explaining the problem. There will be a small charge for return packaging and shipping. We will repair or replace, at our option, the defective part(s) at no charge to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
